When it comes to social networking sites Facebook is on top of the list with millions of users from around the world and with so many applications that are available for them. And it’s because of this that it is a great target for spammers, scammers and hackers alike.

One of the scams that has been spreading is the “Dislike” button, this button tricks users into allowing an application to access their profiles, plus it also tricks users into completing a survey; furthermore, it spreads itself by inviting others to use the button. Another is the IQ Quiz scam which brings you to a page where you answer a few questions that can be easily answered and then you are required to input your phone number to see the results, but you should not give a way your number because this is just another scam. There are so many scams on facebook so always be cautious on the application you install or to whom you give your information to.
