Introducing: Apple TV

Apple now caters more widely to your electronic device needs as it launches its new Apple TV with a slick appearance just as sexy as their former products as this TV kicks off the slimmest flat screen features of other television sets with soft curves and basically resembling a small black box and barely costs a stunning 100 dollar bill. As Apple’s Steve Jobs has mentioned, he safely introduced the product as “one more hubby”; more likely pertaining to the promising entertainment and quality it offers and also warns the costumers of few limitations it contains… The TV set sadly has everything only on TV and movie rentals which would merely include two streamable studios: ABC and FOX aside from its readily available Netflix streaming.

It is roughly one quarter of its predecessor when it comes to its size , the classic TVs but also unfortunately, still on its starting ventures as we could also say that it is still one fourth of the older cable TVs because of the limited shows it can provide thereof. Looking beyond its downfall, the TV is unique for its internet integrated services, you can still enjoy the product as rentals and subscriptions over Netfix comes in a snap of the finger with the buffering and streaming advantages. So it is, maybe it is still too early to judge the little black box, as it belongs to one of the leading developers, surely it will come to a blast this coming days. Read more on wired.com.

The Power House

In the biology class, grumpy old teacher is trying so hard to explain student all about cells that make up a human and other creatures’ body. These cells are further subdivided into small units each uniquely working with their own vital functions; of Course we know that the nucleus is the center of all, but we are also aware of the significant role a mitochondria plays, it is actually the cell’s source of power. Today, another milestone is brought about by a meeting in the American Chemical Society of USA as a prototype cell is presented of which this little unit could actually be able to excise energy from all other sources besides the old usual energy producing ones.

The venture in bringing up this matter actually bridges the space between biotechnology and nanotechnology, Professor Plamen Atanassov, director of the Center for Emerging Energy Technologies at the University of New Mexico said. The developer of this project was actually Dr. Shelley Minteer of St Louis University in Missouri, US and her genius research team. The developer Minteer shares how the natural way of energy producing could also be adapted by technological devices in the near future.
